That’s right! Do it and be free in His Son’s name. Be free to be what He has called you to be. Take a deep breath; hold it for a count of five. Now let it out. Slowly exhale, and relax your entire body and as you do, the tension in your body will be washed away.
Let it go! Let go of the heavy burdens that you’re carrying. Let go of the cares you have taken upon yourself. Just let it all go. Give them to Him. Give them all to Him one by one until there is none. Experience the feelings of being lifted higher and higher as you give Him everything that has been weighing and pulling you farther and farther down into the pit of despair. Let go of everything that has you bound, broken, depressed and discouraged.
Again, I repeat
, breathe in slow and deeply. Breathe in His Love and the Holy Spirit. Inhale His Love and devotion; exhale His Love and healing. Allow His Love and the Holy Spirit to do a mighty new improved work within you. Allow His Loving touch to cleanse you, refresh you, rejuvenate you, and completely heal you. Just close your eyes and wrapped your entire being around Him as you meditate on His indwelling you and removing the brokenness and scarred damaged tissue from years of enduring pain and mental stress and replaces it by filling you with peace, love, happiness and contentment.
In closing, breathe in slowly His unconditional and never-ending love and exhale His promised to you. You are glowing as you exhale His Love, because His Love is forever embedded deep within your heart. Love surrounds and attaches itself to you. You are cleansed, renewed and have a golden seal of love, both within and without. This is the power that God gives you. He doesn’t say that you’re going to escape pain and stress; He doesn’t say that you’re going to escape trials and tribulations; He doesn’t say that hell will not come knocking on your door and temptation will not be sitting on every corner. But what religion does say is this: that if you have faith in God, that God has the power to do exceedingly abundantly everything with His power to give you a kind of equilibrium strength through your pain and will not placed more on you than you can handle. So God tells us to not “Let our hearts be troubled” and place all our cares upon Him. He tells us to “Come unto Him”, for that is where our healing begins and our inner most unbearable pain ends.
Look around you, for Love is there with you, on you, in you and around you in each and every direction. People will become affected by your presence because you are now forever more walking in His Love.
